We’re looking for leaders who care deeply about students and want to be a safe, steady presence in their lives. Whether you’re guiding a Sunday morning class or walking with a small group, this isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about showing up with curiosity, creating space for real conversations, and helping students explore what it means to follow Jesus. We’ll provide training, resources, and a supportive team environment—no one’s doing this alone. Sunday School Teacher (Sunday Mornings)
When: Sunday Mornings, 8:45–10am
What you do: Help guide discussion-based lessons, show up early to connect with students, and create a welcoming space for honest conversation.
Who you’re with: Middle and high school students in a small group discussion format.
Why it matters: This role helps root students in Scripture and reflection, while still making space for questions and growth.
Small Group Leader (Sunday Nights)
When: Sunday evenings, 5:30–8pm
What you do: Build relationships with a consistent group of students, help guide conversations after the main session, and be a safe, steady presence.
Who you’re with: Same-age small groups, focused on connection and processing life and faith together.
Why it matters: These groups are the heart of community on Sunday nights—where students feel known, heard, and free to ask big questions.
Midweek Leader (Elevate Midweek)
When: Wednesdays, 6–8pm
What you do: Go deeper with students in a space designed for processing, questioning, and growth beyond Sunday’s big group gatherings.
Who you’re with: High school students looking to dive deeper into faith and life conversations.
Why it matters: Midweek offers the kind of depth and steady presence that can make a lasting impact—especially for students navigating real doubts and questions.
Special Events
When: A few times a year (service projects, group outings, maybe more!)
What you do: Show up for key moments in our student ministry calendar. Roles vary—sometimes it’s leading a group, running logistics, driving, or just being an extra steady adult presence. (More info will be given as events come up!)
Who you’re with: Students and other leaders, depending on the event.
Why it matters: These one-off events often become milestone moments for students. Your presence helps create safe, memorable, and meaningful experiences that can shape a student’s faith journey in big ways.
Trips
When: A few key trips throughout the year (winter retreat, summer camp, summer mission trip, etc. More specific dates listed below!)
What you do: Travel with students, build relationships, help facilitate group time, and create a safe, fun, and spiritually meaningful environment.
Who you’re with: A group of students (middle or high school), alongside a team of other leaders.
Why it matters: Trips create space for students to step away from their routines and experience God in new ways. As a trip leader, you get to be part of the moments where faith becomes real, relationships deepen, and transformation happens.
